So how do you think I am at Artemis? Too cocky? Too obnoxious? Criticism is welcome! Anonymous is on.

[Background]
Background here!

[Personality]
Artemis more or less is the same person, just more mature and comfortable with herself. Over the five years that has passed, she has excelled in school - well enough to get into Stanford, made the decision to quit the hero job, and is in a stable and lasting relationship with Wally West. But that was all before the season started.

Though Artemis was raised to fight, her and Wally came to an agreement that it would be best for them to quit the hero business and focus on a normal life. And she seems happy with this, until she goes on the mission with Nightwing. She admits how much she misses the life and how much Wally worries that she'll fall back into it. But she misses it. She misses the thrill of the fight, the adrenaline racing through her body as she narrowly misses an attack. It's because of this that she immediately agreed to help Aqualad in his undercover mission. She didn't even talk to Wally about it, she just said yes.

Even after everything, her relationships with her friends don't change, if just that she doesn't seem them as often. Wally, however, is a different story, as is her relationship with her sister. While her and Jade still have a competitive nature to their relationship, they clearly care about each other. Jade names her daughter Lian, which is also Artemis' middle name. Artemis baby sits Lian on many occasion, and when Artemis is assumed to be dead, Jade makes it her mission to kill Aqualad in return.

Wally and Artemis grow closer over the years, as well. The two got together after their kiss on the first day of 2011, and five years later, they're still together and happy. While the fact that Artemis goes undercover causes some problems between the two, it's clear they still care deeply about each other. Artemis is hardly gone long when she regrets leaving him for the mission. She realizes just how good they were together and how happy they were and she hates herself for messing that up. They reunite in Summit, and thought Wally makes a comment that he can't decide whether he wants to kiss her or kill her, it's clear they're both happy to just be together again. In Endgame, they're together again. When all the heroes were broken into teams, Artemis stuck with Wally. They were a team, after all. They agreed to return to Paris together, too, showing again that everything was alright between them. They even agreed that maybe getting back into the hero business wouldn't be such a bad idea.

But her happiness to be back with Wally didn't last long. Wally vanished due to the energy of a Reach weapon. Due to the weapon, he was assumed dead and Artemis was devastated. It wasn't easy on her. She broke down almost immediately, which is saying something, considering her younger self would have bottled everything up. She clung to family and friends over this, but only two weeks later, she seemed to have herself back in order. Thought more emotional and less hardened, she still had to keep her tough exterior, if even just for the others. It was then that she decided to get back into the hero business and discard the Artemis identity. She stuck with Tigress, which had originally been her undercover identity. Her reason was that Artemis was Wally's partner and it wouldn't be right for her to continue without him.

[Abilities]
Artemis' abilities, while at first considered rusty, are basically the same, if not more advanced. She's have five years to train and grow in her abilities.

While Tigress uses different weapons than she did as Artemis, she still has the same strengths in archery and martial arts that she's always had, as well as a talent for practically any weapon put in her hands.

[Other important stuff]
This canon update jumps five, almost six years, from Artemis' last canon point. So I'll be switching her account to [personal profile] glamored

[Any questions?] Nope!
